Courtney Keene, Owner
About Me.
Courtney started recruiting in 2012 after relocating from Atlanta to Minnesota.
She graduated from Auburn University during the 2008 recession and immediately got into door to door sales, which was a great foundation that prepared her to transition into sales recruiting seamlessly.
Courtney has over 11 years of recruiting, specifically in building materials, construction, home improvement, and manufacturing. In January 2024, she launched The Referral Recruiters, a Native American and female owned company.
Courtney is an energetic, high achiever who is dependable, approachable, competitive, and driven. To all her clients and candidates, she brings honesty and enthusiasm. She loves selling and she loves to win — and she loves using her talents to help clients prosper, grow, and flourish.
Courtney is married to her high school sweetheart Kevin and they have 3 children. We love the Miami Dolphins & Auburn football, gardening, and plant-based cooking!
